Deana Bass is the Student Services Coordinator for the Lawrence County Technology and Career Center. She received a B.S. in Mathematics from the University Of Southern Mississippi and an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Jones County Junior College. She has worked for Lawrence County School District since 2007, and during that time she taught high school math for 7 years and 7th & 8th Grade Math at New Hebron Attendance Center for 2 years. She has also worked as a substitute teacher, a teacher coach, and a math tutor for the district. She has been married to Tate Bass for 22 years, and they have two daughters, Karli and Kari Sue.
She looks forward to serving and working with our students to help them achieve goals and skills to be successful during and after high school. She primarily focuses on students who experience educational challenges by providing additional instruction, planning, and training as needed to prepare students for the future.
